Ouafa holds 3 masters and an MBA (Dauphine), has more than 15 years of experience in the development / setting up of projects and in fundraising on an international scale and has lived and worked in Africa, in Southeast Asia and the MENA region. Ouafa has worked for the European Union, the EBRD, UNESCO, the BBC, the Arab Cultural Fund, Tfanen, Egyptian Ministry of Culture, French CNRS, Goethe Institute, British Council. Ouafa was the general secretaries of Arterial Network and is the founder of Culture Funding Watch.
